Returns: All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds on any crocheted items. When you make your purchases you are agreeing to our no return policy.

 

 

 

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ITEM BEFORE PURCHASING: All hand-made crocheted pieces will be listed in the description. Each hand made piece is made true to size, so please order correctly. Please make sure to double check what size you choose. We will not be held accountable for any wrong size ordered. If your address is incorrect please contact us immediately via e-mail to Yournoveltyknits@gmail.com so we can fix it before the order is sent out. Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost packages due to address error and it will not be eligible for replacement, nor refund. If we receive the package it will be re-shipped to the correct address.
